Be Good at Home

The Canadian Dental Association suggests dental visits at least every 6 months.  Avoiding problems that bring that suggestion down to 3 or 4 months can be achieved by; flossing daily, brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (we'll tell you how to brush well), eating a well-blanced diet, avoid smoking, and remaining in overall good health.**

We Help Here

It’s best to catch problems while they are small enough to fix.

Regular cleanings are essential to your health and even the healthiest of patients should have a cleaning every 6 months.  This is even more important when there is a history of cavities or gum disease.

Good prevention is the best thing you can do for your health.
